“Engineer carried out service on my alarm system yesterday 02 11 23 ,polite took shoes off entering house was impressed. Would have given 5 stars but was sent email this morning wanting payment ! I gave engineer a cheque, maybe there could be some system on the I pad to say cheque given re payment, which would be better than me receiving an email requesting payment. I telephoned Lynx this morning and spoke to Isabell and she said she would put it on my account I had paid. I asked for email confirming payment .Thank you Shelagh Marsh”

“Lynx Fire & Security recently completed our annual alarm service. This was undertaken by Shane, whom we have met before. The work was carried out competently by Shane, with minimum fuss and disruption. Shane even spent some time with our dogs so that they knew he was not a suspicious character! System was fully checked, batteries replaced where needed, and all set for another year. Good job, recommended.”

“First class service. Each time I have called, the issue is resolved, normally by the first person I speak with. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and seem concerned to sort any technical issue out as quickly as possible. If only all companies were similar. Praise indeed for the Management of Lynx Fire and Security. You are 100% doing something right.”

“We have just had our annual service with Lynx fire and security. I received an email to make an appointment that was convenient for me for the service engineer to call. He arrived on time and carried out the service efficientky. Having the alarm makes us feel more secure. I would definitely recommend.”
