“Had a new front door fitted to our brand new house which caused the alarm to activate. The coding supplied didn't work so I phoned Lynx and very quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. Excellent service and the young lady who resolved the issue definitely deserve a special mention.”

“So helpful and responsive when our detector in our conservatory was broken and needed urgent attention. Shane came out the same day we reported it. He explained what the problem was and the choices we had to put things right. Brilliant service. Even when we first phoned Lauren(hope that is right) tried to help but when the alarm would not respond she raised an urgent call. Thanks Lynx you are a great company with excellent staff so glad our safety is in your hands. : ) Carol Hughes in admin also is so helpful.”
