“Was sent a different size to what I orer3d disabled so can’t return I ordered 2xl but Xl arrived whic( is too small will just have to liv3 with it!”

The order came through as XL which was sent out to you. We are sorry to hear the XL is too small, however XL is the biggest size we do in this style.

“Liked the look of these crops online but disappointed upon receiving them. The fit was not good, very baggy around the crutch area, and I didn’t like the fabric. It looked and felt like a thick crimplene. The service was efficient and the packaging lovely but sadly, these crops were returned.”

“I'm not impressed. No special quality, just normal old-fashioned style tights. I was expecting better fit around thighs. Small on thighs, too big around the waist or around the bottom. Length good. As I said, average, will go back to Jasper Conran.”

“Ive given a medium review because it’s possible I ordered the wrong size. Although I did follow the guidelines. They felt horribly horribly tight around my thighs, I instantly knew I could never ever wear them and couldn’t wait to take them off. Also the high waistband totally wrinkled down, which it’s not meant to do, apparently, and I don’t think I looked all that better with them on. I’m 5ft 7 and a size 14.”

“A box was torn and crumpled in the centre of all other eight items perfectly packed on arrival. On opening the crumpled box, the item within had a minute hole in it. I felt uneasy that a sub-quality product was concealed amongst other well presented items. This is particularly concerning as the company’s policy is only to accept returns in perfect package order. I am pleased to say that the company replaced the item.”

“The speed of delivery and packaging both excellent. Unfortunately I didn't like the sheen on one pair of hold ups and as I'd read that returns would be refunded or exchanged I started packaging them to return, then saw the note on the returns form that hosiery could not be returned if the packaging had been opened. Obviously I'd needed to look at/ inspect the product and had tried one on my arm. These were bought at a cost that I could buy an item of clothing for and now I am stuck with a pair of hold ups that I won't be able to use.”

“As a U S customer, I'm disappointed. I recently purchased a pair of MAC jeans that as you know are sized completely different than US sizing. After reading reviews and measuring I was pretty confident I ordered the right size but when they came, they were way too small. When I took them to mail back for an exchange, postage was going to be more than I was paying for the jeans. I kept them hoping I can sell them on my own. I also wrote an email asking where I could find the MAC brand in the U S and did not get a return response.”

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed regarding your recent MAC jeans order. The Luxury Legs website gives a full description of the UK and US sizing alongside the product and we have many happy customers in the USA. As we said in our previous response to you, unfortunately we do not have any information on where the MAC brand is sold in the USA and apologise for not being able to help you further.

“I ordered tights and sport bra.The whole process of ordering and delivery was very easy and fast the quality of the sport bra was excellent however the tights were not that great for the price I paid. They were very expensive so I expected a very good quality legging but on the first day use after couple of hours each the tight was ripped.”

“I've used Luxury Legs on several occasions, but unfortunately this time was not a great success. The website proved unable to accept a credit card payment, and if it hadn't been for Gayle contacting me by phone (and whilst I was away on holiday), I would have abandoned the order altogether. The eventual provision of goods was fine, but would far rather order in a less-complicated manner.”

Any help that you can give me on this would be much appreciated. The service was as good as promised and I'm pleased that you post without the need for a signature by the receiver.”

Je pensais que vous rembourseriez la différence ou que vous me feriez un avoir ou que vous recalculeriez le montant de la facture. Qu'en est-t-il ? cordialement.
