“I’m a size 12 so ordered 12/14 medium. Well these leggings done nothing for my self esteem wouldn’t even go up. Sent back company has received them still waiting on a refund”

Really sorry to hear that leggings were not a good fit, order has been returned back a couple days ago. It takes us a couple of days to sort, and carefully check our returns, a refund will be issue within the next 2 working days. Kind regards Luxury Legs team

“Service re order was good but I needed to return the goods and the Royal Mail return form just will not work. I've phoned twice about this and both times have spoken to very courteous ladies but still no return label- should have been emailed. I will ring again!”

“Look nice, I like the material, feels thick and sturdy enough as lots of leggings are too thin. Sizing is right. So mainly good apart from one major failing which is the top rolls down so they need pulling up a million times a day. so I have had to buy some sticky grip panels to sew in.”

“The product is good however even after measuring myself to ensure I ordered the correct size my Spanx high shorts came up a little small so personally I would advise to go a size up. The company itself were very efficient on delivery though.”

“I bought 3 different pairs of the Spanx tights and was so disappointed that each pair had such a strong chemical mothball smell, even after washing, that it’s made all my other clothes smell like it if I’ve tried to wear them and even made the other clothes they were washed with smell”

“Loved the look of these but had to return as the small size were too baggy. I’m size a size 10 but have a slim thigh and flat bottom. shame they are not available in size 8. Id say the small size were more like a size 12 -14”

“Received order quickly. Unfortunately they were too small. Had to print a return invoice which I couldn't do. Lukily when rang they said it wasnt important. Royal mail QR code for return great. However on returning i didnt receive notification of credit till after I had called them. They received return on 6th november received notification of refund 18th november.”

Once we received a return back customers will get a notification email informing that parcel made its way back to us and acknowledge them that a refund will be processed within 10 working days.We do our best no to delay this process and In this instance the refund has been dealt within the time frame specified.

“Very sticky top to the waistband part of the leggings , so not comfortable to wear really and very long in the leg so bunch up at the ankles . Take care to read the product information more thoroughly than I did to ensure you get what you want !”
