“The packaging and postage very good but I’ve got Falke socks and in my first day wearing it’s broken... Really disappointing”

“Order by wife has not arrived after one month after the order. Product to be shipped to the US. No contact by the company after request for status. FYI Yee-haw from Texas!”

“Product good, however sizing off, items listed as a 12 was closer to an 8. Returned & asked for next size. 10 days later after no contact called to be told it was out of stock & eventually offered refund. Poor customer service!”

Apologies for not calling you as we are usually very efficient at dealing with exchanges, Unfortunately, as it was a sale product we did not have the correct size in stock to make the exchange .You have been refunded in full.

“I ordered a mediums size pair of tights in the sale that I particularly wanted and then a couple of other things to make up the cost and not pay postage. I received a size small tights with a sticker to return them if they were the wrong size... I ended up with 2 things that I wouldn't have ordered and the bother of posting back the wrong size tights. Not great.”

“My 2 stars is not for the customer service part of luxury legs, but is for the product quality of the commando thong that I ordered.I'm not sure what I thought I would receive but the quality of this garment is quite poor, with no control on the tummy area whatsoever and I have a more or less flat tummy. If you need control in this area avoid these knickers they will be useless. On the plus side the are very comfortable for a thong style, although not patch on my usual spanx knickers”

“I bought a pair of cable knit tights which looked lovely and thick in the picture, completely different to how they are in real life... I’m a size 10-12 and shop in places like topshop and wear house! I was so disappointed when these tights turned up as the cable pattern disappears once you have them on... I ordered a large as I’m 5ft 10in so need the larger size for length.. I won’t be buying these again as they are nothing like the pic”

“I ordered some control knickers to wear under my dress for a function recently. I checked the sizing before ordering and according to the sizing table a size 14 should have fitted well. They are so small my daughter wouldn't be able to fit in them and she's a size 10! Either the size chart or the product are not correct. I wouldn't order again.”

“Extremely over priced leggings. Not a luxurious feel to them either , material was rough. I’ve got a far better cheaper pair from high street , these don’t sculpt much either and a little see through. Total disappointment.”

This product is one of our most popular Spanx shape wear leggings, however we are sorry they were not suitable for yourself.

“Unfortunately, although I sized up as advised by Spanx, because I am tall, I have had to send them back for a refund. The legs were too short and the waist too big. I am very sorry to report this as they look like a really good product, just not suitable for tall women.”

Hi Sharon We have checked the tracking and it shows that your package has arrived in the USA and was at the hub on 11th December. The package was sent with our premium mail service which does take about ten working days but given the holiday period and the horrendous weather in the USA I know there have been some delays. “Yes dleivery was quick. However the product it's self. The Spanx thong is no good. The support at the front is good but it presses on your hips and pushes your bum down at the back leaving you with a noticeably odd shaped bum. Don't buy that product waste of money.”

“I did not received the number tracking when I made my order, my first order with 2 leggings 1 was wrong size I have ordered small size then they shipped XS, and the other was default, so my second order, I did not that they were send it to me or not because I did not received the notice also the enregistrement and the number tracking shipping, fortunately, I have paid it via Paypal so the system was enregistre automatic, the site web is not security to buy online.......!”

“They are discribed as leggings but they are tights without feet,very nice tights but I was expecting proper leggings not shiny footless tights.”
