I bought harem trousers. They arrived well packaged. I have a pair of these bought from a different place. Sadly these were possibly old stock? The elastic waste had perished and disintegrated on putting them on. I was unable to consider replacing and sewing elastic at this time and so returned them. I am waiting for a refund.

After receiving these trousers which were unfortunately faulty we offered the customer the option for a refund or an exchange . The customer has been refunded.

Have not yet received my order, so hard to write a review of the product. Shipping is slow, but that may be due to Covid 19. Would appreciate being able to track the order to find out where it is. Update. So found out the shipment is being held by Skynet for payment of duties. Tried to contact Skynet, but was directed to their website. No personal contact from them, and no way to find out how much is owed for duties. Emailed both Skynet & Luxury Legs to find out how to get my package released. Would not recommend ordering from Luxury Legs if you live outside of UK. The hassle to get your package is not worth it. If I had not written this review, I would not know that my package was being held, as Skynet did not contact me, and Luxury Legs did not include a tracking number with their confirmation of shipping. What a mess. Update #2. Got a tracking number from Luxury Legs, and provided that to Skynet. Skynet informs me that they need Skynet tracking number, not Luxury Legs tracking number. Finally got Skynet tracking number from Luxury Legs & provided it to Skynet. Now just waiting to see if Skynet can tell me what the holdup is & how much duties are owed. This is certainly not worth the hassle. Skynet finally got back to me with the amount Of duty owing, which I paid, and they have now released the parcel. It should be here in a few days. It arrived in Vancouver June 9, and I did not know where it was, as I had no contact from Skynet. It just sat in customs until I got tracking numbers from Luxury Legs to see why the parcel was taking so long. Skynet really screwed up this order, and I would never use Luxury Legs for international shipping again, as long as they continue to use Skynet. Was not even sure if my parcel would be found. Terrible experience.

Ordered the 12/14 couldn’t even pull them up! They were also way to short. Wouldn’t bother again. I have returned the item and I am still waiting for my refund

We constantly monitor any delays with our orders and these are always communicated to the customer. Due to the current situation, sometimes orders may take longer than usual to arrive. According to the tracking number, customer should have this order within the next few days and this has been communicated via email.

Your service was and always has been fab. However I have purchased Commando control leggings for years and this is the first pair that are awful. I’m not sure if commando have changed them or if I have accidentally received an off pair. They are two inches shorter than previous pairs and are a very different material. So disappointed. If you could enlighten me as to whether they have changed then I’d be very grateful. Rachel O’Mara

Still waiting for a refund on a returned item sold through ebay. No communication since the item was returned. It was tracked and delivered.

The return has been received and the refund can take up to 7 days to be processed and the funds will appear in your account within 48 hours after the refund has been processed.

The shorts didn’t fit - same size as a slightly different pair I had ordered the week before that did fit. and the pick up arranged but he did not come. W hay happens now?

Bought ‘leggings’ for my wife - very disappointed to receive ‘tights’. Returned Two out of three immediately - returns of open packets not accepted - still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later. Spoilt fun of gift and searingly out of pocket.

Consumers are guilty of not being the most patient folk and I was surprised by how long my order took to arrive (just in time for my ski holiday!). I was further dismayed to find that dispute my research and £58 payment, the Spanx leggings are very see-through! It took a few days for those in my group to tell me they’d been able to see my knickers!!

Bought my size using your size guard and the tights are far too small. They keep rolling down from the top. Wasted my money.

I order and recieved. My order within 5 days packaged lovely but had to return for different sizes which I did that day and haven't heard anything since.so little disappointed...so no leggings no response and I've paid in full

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery on return. However this has now been resolved with the customer.

A delivery was attempted for this International order, however the recipient not available. We have advised the customer to contact the relevant local postal office in the destination country in order to rearrange delivery.

The Spanx faux leather leggings were not as expected as they were more of a shiny fabric and not a typical faux leather. I returned the item using the labels provided. 6 days later I emailed to enquire if they were received as I hadn’t heard anything. I was told they had the package but it would take a further 2 days to issue me my refund. That should’ve been today yet I’ve not seen a refund back into my account. Very disappointed.

This was my first ever time of buying shape wear. This product has no material to prevent it rolling down constantly from above the stomach. Im very disappointed and sent it right back.

The Spanx Arm Tights do as stated on the tin but do I think they are worth the price? Absolutely not! I bought them for an occasion and can hardly believe I've snagged them already, after one wear!! And I swear I was being careful. I have stockings and ordinary tights that will long outlive these! I wish I had returned them really and made do with one of the much cheaper versions I've seen online. I guess for some who have the cash to splash they might be acceptable. Delivery however was quick and packaging very good.

Unfortunately, one set of stockings both laddered within minutes of me wearing them! Thankfully the other pair was better. Not what I would have expected for an expensive pair of stockings and not up to the quality I have received before.

The courier attempted to deliver the item but unfortunately there was no answer. Further details of how to track the parcel and what to do next have been left at the delivery address.

I have never worn Spanx before, ordered a pair of lacy briefs - they fit well and looked good, until I moved. As soon as I walked around, they rode up, were really uncomfortable and looked awful. I then bought a pair of boy shorts, hoping they would be different, and they did the same thing, rode up and rolled up around the legs. Wasted money on 2 pairs of underwear that I obviously can't return.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your Spanx briefs. The Spanx underwear is one of our best selling products and we have not had any complaints from our customers. We stock lots of other brands if you would like to try these instead. It could be that another brand will suit you better.
