Dyson V8: Good pricing and fast delivery. The product seems to be from the UAE and while all the manuals came in English too it's a bit strange as I get the impression that this is an imported product, which wasn't mentioned. It still works all the same so I can't complain too much. Another issue is that the product seemed a bit used, with it being dustier than expected and the vacuum having dust in the bin already. I suspect it may be a returned item. As far as I was aware I purchased a new product, so again a bit strange. Dodging sourcing aside, it's a hoover at a good price that gets the job done.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I just want to assure you over a few of your concerns. All our stock is and sold as new. Our Dyson stock is sourced direct from Dyson and is UK stock. If you check your items serial number you will find the middle part will show -UK- showing that it is UK stock. If this is not the case please take a note of the serial number and contact us directly. You will often find what looks like dust within the bin section as residue from the manufacturing process. No returned items are sold as new. I am happy to hear that the vacuum is working as you hoped and you are happy with the price. Quick delivery. Disappointed that front plate on cooker hood is wonky but Craig contacted manufacturer immediately. Awaiting response from CDA. I believe the cooker hood should be replaced. Without this hitch the rating would have been 5 stars. Update. Cooker hood replaced although it did take a while. This I think was due to the manufacturer rather than Lunneys. The service by Lunneys has been really good. Prompt responses to emails keeping me up to date. Wouldn't hesitate to use Lunneys again.
