This hoover was delivered yesterday, but it will not charge. We have contacted Dyson & they are coming out on 6th September to take it away & check it. So disappointing indeed.

This was my first order with Lunneys but it was a BAD EXPERIENCE that Dyson V12 I bought turned out a complete DUFF. It wasn’t even getting any charge, a blue light will flash once and that was it. I am afraid being Sunday I had to arrange it with Dyson to return it straight away.

We are sorry to hear that there was a fault with your new Dyson. As per our call today we have arranged for the faulty unit to be collected and a replacement dispatched as soon as possible.

Disappointing service from the Banbridge store. I called in to buy a new washing machine but the salesperson (I use that term loosely) was more interested in sitting behind his computer than serving. When he did finally get up he was disinterested in selling me anything, clearly whatever was on his computer screen was more interesting. I left and went to dalzells. Maybe you could send your staff over there for some training!
