Product delivered faulty. Returned promptly, but Lunneys sat on my money for weeks without arranging replacement.

I still haven't received my dyson hand held vacuum. Very disappointed with the service
Disappointing service from the Banbridge store. I called in to buy a new washing machine but the salesperson (I use that term loosely) was more interested in sitting behind his computer than serving. When he did finally get up he was disinterested in selling me anything, clearly whatever was on his computer screen was more interesting. I left and went to dalzells. Maybe you could send your staff over there for some training!
