I don’t blame Lunneys for the quality of Robert’s product. Box mauled with repeated openings & no remote control. Not ParcelForce delivery as claimed so no tracking but arrived on time. Roberts checked it FoC & replaced the remote. Recording onto USB is possible with a fair wind & the recording is superb when played back on an iMac 27in. Disappointing overall.
I ordered a Dimplex electric stove which on arrival looked as though it had been 12 rounds with Mike Tyson. I am still working on the area the stove will be situated, but I thought I should unpack it to check it works before setting it aside. While opening the box I found signs that the contents had been removed at least once before. Once unpacked, plugged in and switched on, something wasn't right. After closer inspection, the mirrored panel had come completely out of it's brackets. I thought to myself that someone has probably had this before me and if I send it back it will only get sent to someone else. I therefore spent about 30mins opening up the top and resetting the panel before testing it and securely closing it again. Rather a shame for a £160 purchase. Hopefully I won't experience any technical difficulties as a result next winter.

The service I received was great but the delivery was terrible but this was downtown DPD I surgest you change couriers
Bad service. Poor information on delivery. Not keeping to delivery times. Not responding to customers. Only reason it was two stars is as the product it self was good. The company was dreadful.
Returned a 'faulty' tv as it made a fuzzing noise. Was refused full refund and were unable to supply a requested exchange. I was told to buy a soundbar & put up with the noise. I since bought another tv in another better electrical shop and it makes NO noise at all. Will not be back.

I still haven't had my dyson hoover which I ordered over a week ago. This is because I was out when they tried to deliver 5 days after ordering, but there had been no email or phone call to say when it was coming and this is the part I found to be poor. I am still waiting for it being redelivered

I ordered a Dyson on behalf of my 90 year old father who lives some 150 miles away from me (I too am disabled so I could not deliver it to him myself) but Lunneys would not deliver to him, only to me in Cornwall so I had to cancel the order and palce elsewhere. Very disappointing.
