“The order was despatched quickly and I was informed by email. Unfortunately it was sent via ParcelForce, they have to be the least customer friendly courier currently operating. They tried to deliver twice, no notification from them that they were going to deliver, unlike other organisations they notify you before hand and give you alternatvies should you not be home. Tried to re arrange delivery for Saturday, don't deliver weekends! I had to go and collect it, a 44 mile round trip. When I unpacked the fire it had been damaged in transit, I am now having to take a day off work so it can be collected. I have no issue with Lunneys in all this, they have been fine. But I would not order from them again based on the fact they use ParcelForce which are just so uncustomer friendly.”

“Would have given you 5 stars but your courier IFS let the side down. They failed to deliver on the specified day and then lied that they'd attempted a delivery and left a card. My wife tackled them and it appears the delivery van driver could not be bothered and finished work early. When it was suggested we were out, my wife pointed out that the only person to call that day was the postman which we could verify from our security system. I suggest you get a better courier before it spoils your business. Lunneys deserve 5 stars for their prompt processing of the order.”
