The Machine was delivered as promised within 48 hours at no extra cost. The Chef is beautiful thank you very much Lunneys. I would certainly do business here again and recommend them to anyone. “On a positive side. Despatch was quick and an email was sent that included a tracking link. I was able to se exactly when the parcel was arriving and was able to be home for the delivery. The only negative was that the box was damaged and the packaging needed to be stronger. There is no visible damage to the ceramic hob but it is yet to be fitted. Overall extremely satisfied with the service.”
