“On a positive side. Despatch was quick and an email was sent that included a tracking link. I was able to se exactly when the parcel was arriving and was able to be home for the delivery. The only negative was that the box was damaged and the packaging needed to be stronger. There is no visible damage to the ceramic hob but it is yet to be fitted. Overall extremely satisfied with the service.”
