“I find the machine very heavy to use - My original upright Dyson was more manoevreable and easier to lift where necessary. I liked the fact that the ball enabled me to clen up to the skirting boards. on the down side I found the pictorial assembly and usage instructions difficult - for me words rather than pictures would be better - am I dyspratic? Probably. If you have English written instructions available, I would be pleased to have them”

Was a bit surprised and dubious of such quick notification of despatch but after tracking parcel on website(very easy),48hrs later goods delivered. What can I say but if all online companies responded like Lunneys how easy and satisfying these experiences would be. Great price, terrific service and no hassle who wants more. Thank you Lunneys”
