“I ordered an electrical fire for mum, it was the cheapest price for the model anywhere on the internet by far. It was delivered in time, however the item dropped out of the box when the delivery man brought it, and it fell on the floor. Obviously, mum didn't accept it and it was returned for another. Unfortunately, Lunneys were out of stock, but gave excellent customer service (thank you Craig!!), kept in touch regularly and the refund was issued promptly as soon as they received the fire back. Sadly, the item was out of stock with Lunneys, so we have had to purchase elsewhere.”

“I had never heard of this company until I saw they sold the coffee maker I wanted online. They were by far the cheapest with free delivery but I was sceptical until I learnt they were a family business and looked legitimate. So, I ordered the product. The after sales information was spot on. My coffee maker arrived very quickly. The only problem is that I can’t sleep at night with all the lovely coffee I am making! Very pleased and would use them again.”
