“I was in the retail trade and I thought that I was good. But LUNNEYS ELECTRICAL, The service was very good, The staff are so very friendly, polite and helpful. If I had to give them a score out of ten it would be twenty. Very good from a very happy customer, who will check out there site for shopping in the future. “Would have given you 5 stars but your courier IFS let the side down. They failed to deliver on the specified day and then lied that they'd attempted a delivery and left a card. My wife tackled them and it appears the delivery van driver could not be bothered and finished work early. When it was suggested we were out, my wife pointed out that the only person to call that day was the postman which we could verify from our security system. I suggest you get a better courier before it spoils your business. Lunneys deserve 5 stars for their prompt processing of the order.”

“Ordered the Dyson V6 cordless on Thursday night and it arrived by Monday, very quick and smooth delivery. Brand new and in the box as described. Been playing around with it the last couple days and am very pleased with my purchase, saves hauling out the old wired Hoover every time there is a small amount of dirt to be cleaned up!”

“I must admit I was cautious about ordering from a company I had never heard of, and in Northern Ireland. But then I discovered they belonged to the Euronics group so that seemed OK. I chose Lunneys to buy my Dyson V6 because they were way cheaper than Currys. Delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days. I ordered on Tuesday evening and tracked my parcel and was pleased when it arrived at lunchtime Friday. Good service in my opinion and a very good price. TOP MARKS FROM ME”
