“I originally contacted Lunneys to discuss the purchase of the item and then confirmed my order online, as requested. No problems with order process or payment plus 'free delivery' to our home address. Excellent service and would recommend them to all proposed customers. “I purchased a Dyson DC40 vacuum cleaner online from Lunneys Electrical only after checking their customer reviews, which were better than some big named electrical stores. Although I was apprehensive about using an unknown company, I need not have been. The ordering process was easy. I selected the product and paid via Paypal so all of my contact details were obtained from my Paypal account, meaning I didn't have to enter them separately. Within minutes, I received an order acknowledgement confirming the product, price and delivery address. I received a second email a few days later advising that my order had been shipped and providing the Parcelforce tracking number. It was delivered on time. The product was well packaged and protected from the rain and was exactly as ordered. I am delighted with the product, the easy ordering service and the fast delivery. I ordered on 10th December; it was shipped on 11th December and delivered on 14th December. I would use this supplier again, without hesitation.”
