“Even tho I had just hoovered I decided to try out your Hoover ,after the charge I set out to see if it would pick up any more ,Well I was amazed to see how well it done,let down only lasted 7 minuets before the battery was flat and hot,wait 1hour to cool before I could charge it again.so in the afternoon I did the next room again did a brilliant job,but you cannot clean a house that way.would it be possible to have one or two battery's more so that you can get the whole house done while other battery are charging then I would not have to wait 1 hour before charging the one I'm using .next I tried it in the car it was ok for the carpet but it needs a flex angle hose for dash board and under the seats . Now I've had it a week it is possible to do the bungalow if I rush ,I would not be without the Hoover it is great to have a Hoover without a lead to get in the way if this continues I will not use any other Hoover . Now I have replyed to you for our comments nice to hear what your thoughts are”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the battery life being 7 minutes I would say you may be using the item on max power. On the end of the hand unit there is a button which will drop the suction but will improve your battery life. There are also several accessories available for these handheld vacuums available from the dyson web site. All the best, Craig

“Bought this item to give an extra bit of warmth to our living room. Have so far been quite impressed by the product,s ease of use and how quickly it warms the room up. So far we have only used it as a heater so can't comment on the room cooling ability. The fan can be quite noisy, if it is turned up to full speed , however, we have found that on its lowest speed the noise is barely noticeable with the TV on”

“Bought a Dyson V6 from Lunneys over the internet last week. Was initially doubtful about using a company I hadn't dealt with before but I needn't have been - as other reviewers have said they were all-round excellent. I got the Dyson for best price I could find online - and after ordering it on Friday it arrived first thing (early) the following Monday morning, which was brilliant. Lunneys' after-sales service was excellent and very efficient- I got regular emails updating me on the progress of my order, and I was able to pay through Paypal, which was very convenient for me. I'm not often this impressed with companies but Lynneys were outstanding and I would definitely buy from them again.”
