However, I placed my order on Thursday evening and it was delivered the following Monday morning. I was kept informed of the progress of my delivery every step of the way. I ordered the item before lunch on a Thursday, received a very polite phone call to confirm delivery address (as I had made a mistake!) and then received the item after lunch the following day. Free delivery and £100 cheaper than anywhere else! Exceptional service that will guarantee future orders from me.”
