Dyson animal received with fault in that it wouldn't pick up from the brush head.
Being an engineer i soon diagnosed the fault. i expect higher standards from dyson.
But not worth returning to dyson.
i'd buy from lunneys again as they wouldn't have known the vacuum was faulty.
