“Would have given you 5 stars but your courier IFS let the side down. They failed to deliver on the specified day and then lied that they'd attempted a delivery and left a card. My wife tackled them and it appears the delivery van driver could not be bothered and finished work early. When it was suggested we were out, my wife pointed out that the only person to call that day was the postman which we could verify from our security system. I suggest you get a better courier before it spoils your business. Lunneys deserve 5 stars for their prompt processing of the order.”

“Searched on Google and found the best priced Dyson V6 Cordless vacuum cleaner. Easy to navigate web site and ordering process. Product arrived all good. Delivered inside 5 working days, which I felt was a bit long and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.”

“Dyson animal received with fault in that it wouldn't pick up from the brush head. Being an engineer i soon diagnosed the fault. i expect higher standards from dyson. But not worth returning to dyson. i'd buy from lunneys again as they wouldn't have known the vacuum was faulty.”
