About Lunar Shoes:

Launched in 1990, Lunar shoes set out with the aim of creating something new, colourful & elegant at prices that were within the reach of most British Women. Each season, the Lunar Design Team select unique materials and trims from all areas of the fashion industry and apply them to footwear.

The results are there for everyone to see, as season after season Lunar create an exciting collection compromising of classic footwear, colourful sandals and boots with a designer twist.

Every season Lunar launch over 300 brand new designs and these can be found in leading Department Stores, Boutiques & shoe shops across the UK & Europe, some are created in up to 7 colours!

In the last 25 years the brand has gone from strength to strength and now the design, buying & QC teams work in tandem and are true to the original aims of creating unique, seasonal designs, incorporating the best trims & embellishments in the latest fashion colours. As you can imagine this is not an easy job and that is why we say:

“Lovely shoes but sadly the right foot shoe was smaller and narrower than the left and was also a slightly different shade of blue. Had to return for a refund.”

“These shoes are SO disappointing. On your website they state ‘ metallic leather’ but they are infact synthetic throughout, very poor quality and so hard and uncomfortable and just not wearable. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied.”

“I ordered 3 items and only two arrived. I rang first thing next morning to be told “it’s a bit difficult without a computer”. I gave the order ref. Was then told “I will go and see if they are on a shelf somewhere and get back to you about refund or the item will be despatched”’ I don’t know if I’ve been charged for all three items or not or where my missing item is as I called last Thursday and I have not been contacted since. My name and phone number were not asked for either. This is poor service as all items ordered were in stock and I had an order confirmation showing all three items. It would be good if someone e at least got back to me?”

“My boots are four days late. I have contacted both lunar shoes and DPD and heard nothing from either. The code doesn't work on DPD website. I don't know what else to do. I need the wellies for bee keeping and cannot go to apiary without them! Won't buy again :(”
