About Lunar Shoes:

Launched in 1990, Lunar shoes set out with the aim of creating something new, colourful & elegant at prices that were within the reach of most British Women. Each season, the Lunar Design Team select unique materials and trims from all areas of the fashion industry and apply them to footwear.

The results are there for everyone to see, as season after season Lunar create an exciting collection compromising of classic footwear, colourful sandals and boots with a designer twist.

Every season Lunar launch over 300 brand new designs and these can be found in leading Department Stores, Boutiques & shoe shops across the UK & Europe, some are created in up to 7 colours!

In the last 25 years the brand has gone from strength to strength and now the design, buying & QC teams work in tandem and are true to the original aims of creating unique, seasonal designs, incorporating the best trims & embellishments in the latest fashion colours. As you can imagine this is not an easy job and that is why we say:

“They did make me happy for 7 wears them both soles snapped ?? Tried to speak with company but hopeless 😩 I would not buy from this brand again”

“I've always been size 6 d fitting. These shoes were more like a 5 extra narrow. Returned. Also purchased trainers which were evidently out of stock !!”

“The foot wear came damaged and I couldn’t return them due to someone in my home binned the box. They can also be bought on the high street cheaper by £5”

“Have not received my order as dad called at the wrong address on delivery day so it was sent to Swansea to be collected at their depot I live in Aberdare Swansea is 30miles away as I am disabled and house bound I cannot collect and on contacting customer services was told nothing can be done so not helpful Will not shop with them again in the future”

“Ordered 2 pairs of slippers, payed extra for postage 48 hr delivery and they weren’t dispatched until 2 days after, when they eventually arrived over a week and a half later there was only one pair and absolutely no correspondence to advise that one pair was out of stock, I’m still waiting on someone returning my email.”

“Bought a pair of black shoes on first day of wearing them inside the house they split down the sides and I had to take them to the town to the cobblers to be stitched back up. Terrible”

“The slippers I bought were ideal meaning the height of the heel as I have PlantarFaciitis and have to have slippers with a heel. However my usual size, size 6 were so small and tight they felt more like a size 4. So I had to return them unfortunately as the style was ideal for me.”

“I ordered four pairs of shoes which showed as in stock at the time of ordering ,the money was taken from my account, when my delivery arrived there was only one pair of shoes and I was told the rest were out of stock. Five days later I received the refund. Surely the company knows what they have in stock , I was then charged delivery for the one pair whereas the four pairs would have had free delivery. I’m not happy with lunars methods and will not buy from them again .”

“Very Disappointed by this product and have asked for a refund. I am a UK size 7 which is what I ordered, but was too small. Had to send back and get my 1st ever size 8, so feel that sizing guidelines are not accurate. Within 2 weeks of wearing the wellies they let water in both feet so I had soaking wet feet which is completely unacceptable for new wellies. I also found them to be very uncomfortable. These wellies are a waste of money.”

“Used to love Lunar toe post sandals but sizing has changed and now size 8 is too small when I'm a 6.5/7 for other brands. Crazy! Would buy lots if they fit.”

“Hi there really disappointed with the kendal grey JLY161..I haven't worn them a lot as only just received items see attached photos showing split on side of right sandal and the left is starting to split .See attached photos.The second pair are great but haven't worn them as yet.”

“Lovely shoes but sadly the right foot shoe was smaller and narrower than the left and was also a slightly different shade of blue. Had to return for a refund.”

“These shoes are SO disappointing. On your website they state ‘ metallic leather’ but they are infact synthetic throughout, very poor quality and so hard and uncomfortable and just not wearable. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied.”
