I ordered 3 items and only two arrived. I rang first thing next morning to be told “it’s a bit difficult without a computer”. I gave the order ref. Was then told “I will go and see if they are on a shelf somewhere and get back to you about refund or the item will be despatched”’ I don’t know if I’ve been charged for all three items or not or where my missing item is as I called last Thursday and I have not been contacted since. My name and phone number were not asked for either. This is poor service as all items ordered were in stock and I had an order confirmation showing all three items. It would be good if someone e at least got back to me?
