“12 frames were ordered, boxes were damaged on arrival. When checked some of the damage must have been prior to despatch, which makes me doubt quality control standards. Replacement polycarbonate sent out to replace damaged items, some of which were also damaged, now had 3 deliveries before we have full delivery without damage. Communication not great, no email replies since the initial complaint, just emails notifying that packages were on the way and with the courier.”

“We were a few fixings short. I rang to get more sent out. Somebody was supposed to be getting back to me. I chased this up and was told again that somebody would get back to me. I still haven't heard anything.”

“Very pleased with my order and the customer service. The original case was delivered damaged but the issue was resolved very efficiently and I'm very happy with the replacement. Would happily recommend to others.”

“The product was good, but it arrived with damage. I contacted Luminati via their website (it’s the only contact method advertised) to swap it and they did not reply. My opinion is that you should avoid purchasing from them as they have no customer service.”

“The display frames that I have recently bought certainly look impressive. They were relatively easy to put up. The one element of my purchase that nearly put me off buying the frames was the cost of packing and delivery. To me, it seemed unusually high and it wasn't as if they were being sent under 24 / 48 hour delivery.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a made to measure product from Luminati and on both occasions the process has been simple and well executed. Drawings were emailed to me for confirmation before production and I was kept advised when the finished product went out for delivery. Excellent service. I won't hesitate to use Luminati again and recommend their services.”
