“My puchase arrived on time”

“Everything was good apart from as soon as I opened the box I noticed the second hand was not positioned right on the dial. It is about half a second off alignment. As mentioned I noticed this as soon as I opened the box so how on earth no-one else noticed it is beyond me.”

“Absolutely fantastic service and a special thank you to Nicola. Having been let down badly by another company ( the watch was supposed to be ex-stock but after 3 weeks never arrived so had to get a refund!) Nicola confirmed they had it in stock and despite me only ordering it around 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon she got it in the post that night and it arrived next morning......brilliant service....one very happy wife! Very competitively priced too. Would definitely recommend.”
