“I was looking for a divers watch and was looking at a Seiko but then I saw a Citizen version which had a five year warranty. The price of the watch was extremely competitive and it arrived in less than 24 hrs.”

“A watch was bought for a present.It was unsuitable,returned as soon as poss following day.The owner refused a refund only fobbed off with a credit note.Totally unacceptable handing by company.A total let down customer services.”

“My daughter loves Cath Kidston so i decided to buy her one of their watches for her birthday. I wanted to buy from a jewellers rather than an online auction site as i wanted to be confident that i was buying the real thing. After looking at lots of Cath Kidston watches on line one evening i came across Lowry Jewellers,they had the watch i had decided on at a really good price,i ordered on line and was able to pay with paypal and the whole process was very easy. The watch was despatched the next morning and delivered the day after very well packaged. Over all i am really pleased with my purchase,pleased with the price and very pleased with the service......thank you”

“I'd never heard of this shop before but googled 'men's elasticated watches' for my disabled father when it came up with exactly what I was looking looking for. The watch is a reasonable price and delivery was fast and free! A reliable seller and the watch is lovely. I would recommend this shop to others.”

“I ordered a watch that I had been looking at for in different jewellers for a long time and I got it at a great price from Lowrys. The item was dispatched the same day as promised and arrived the next day - super fast. I am delighted. As an added bonus, I can take the required links out myself and wear the watch straight away. Would definitely recommend Lowry's, great price, great item, great service”

“I chose Seiko watch in local jeweller at £169 but then found it online with Lowry at £126.99 (saving £43). It was ordered on Friday afternoon and to my amazement was delivered by 10am the following morning. Superb service.”
