“Great chocolate, really luxurious without being too sweet. I personally prefer the milk chocolate bars without anything in them, as I can let pieces melt in my mouth. My two eldest children are lactose intolerant and love the vegan dark chocolate, although one would prefer if you did a version without the sea salt. Overall, very happy with the quality and taste. Delivery was quick, too.”

“What a mess.. I ordered two simple thank you letterbox chocolates for two people. I had to do it in two separate orders because I needed it to go to two separate addresses but there was no way, at least that I could find , to do it in a single order. Anyway no big, I entered the recipient addresses and a personal thank you message but .. one of them ended up at my house, the billing address… and without the thank you note! The other one made it to the correct address and also without the note, and I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t ask, by then the recipient had no idea why they got chocolate in the mail and disposed of it as it looked suspicious without a note. I did not get a refund or a sorry. They just said I entered my own address (I didn’t ) and oh.. the thank you notes aren’t working at the moment! So why is there an option to write one ??? Anyway .. that was my experience, I didn’t try the chocolate. I’m sure it’s great.”
