“I’ve ordered three times. The time it took to dispatch and for orders to arrive was unreasonable long. The first time I contacted you and you put it down to being overly busy. The second time I ordered well ahead of time. It took ages to come but I was happy with the product so I ordered the third order (well ahead of time again). This took ages to come too and when it arrived it was incomplete. I contacted you by email and you took days to reply asking if I’d like a refund or the missing part of the order. I explained I wanted the missing part but because now 3 weeks had passed since I ordered I needed the missing item posted out fast so I could receive it by the end of the week. I hear nothing back and we are now well into the following week and there is still no sign of the missing order and I still have not had so much as a reply from you. The date of me gifting this present has now passed. I now read on trust pilot you have a serious problem with dispatching on time and responding to emails. If you want a successful company you need more than a product in nice packaging. The execution of your business practices leaves a lot to be desired. I doubt I’ll ever risk ordering again.”
“I placed an order and paid for 24 hour tracked delivery. The order was only sent 5 days after this and I eventually received it a week later. I submitted an on line quiery to track my order and received no reply. There is no contact telephone number on your website, however, I managed to find a contact number with a bit of online searching. I rang this number on several occasions and left voice mail messages. None of these were returned. I will not be buying from your company again. I would not recommed you to anyone else.”
“This was my first time ordering from lovecocoa. Chocolate is delicious, I ordered a mixture and so far I have loved it all. Transaction was excellent, they waited until the weather was cooler to dispatch and kept me updated. I would recommend this chocolate, it tastes great, like chocolate should (not like cadburys has become, after American take over, all you can taste is fat and sugar) and I really like the ethnics of the company.”

“The Vegan Luxury Chocolate Giftbox was fine. But I'd chosen Love Cocoa specifically because they advertised next-day delivery if ordered by 3pm with an exress delivery surcharge. Delivery was two days late, which not only meant it missed the occasion being celebrated but also required the recipient to stay home waiting on a day she had planned to be out. I appreciate that Love Cocoa refunded the delivery charge but because of the negative experience I unsubscribed and asked to be taken off the mailing list. But emails are continuing - including this request for a review.”

“Unfortunately I cannot write good things. This was my first experience of Love Cocoa. I was sending a birthday present to someone special. I ordered Truffles and a bar of chocolate. The day after my order I received an email saying the Truffles were out of stock, even though they were still showing on the website. Sadly they sent just the chocolate bar. I woukd have expected a phone call prior to the order going out asking if I wanted to replace the item. I felt very upset explaining to the recipient that I hadn't just ordered a chocolate bar. She was very happy with it, and said it tasted lovely, but it feels like a very mean gift. Disappointing customer service.”
“there is very little to say as all the chocs are good, very good or excllent. once sampled will never want other chocs. if you feed a silk worm on letuce then give it mulberry leaves it will nver go back to letuce!”
