The peppermint taste was too mild and a little bit bitter.
The white chocolate mint was disappointing as well. I expected more mint taste but the mint taste was just too mild for me.”
“The chocolates are really good, unfortunately these were ordered as a Christmas present and their “Premium Tracked Next Working Day Delivery” took 7 days. Disappointing but still good chocolate.”
“Items received very quickly but Easter day gave out second lots of Easter eggs to son and partner , they weren't sealed and son wasn't happy foil over Easter egg open ,so checked partners his the same not good which spoilt Easter a little”

“Love the idea behind it, the ethical chocolate and recyclable packaging. Not too keen on the shape of the chocolate bars however as it's difficult to break evenly which makes it not ideal for sharing. I wasn't overly impressed with any specific bar so won't likely order again. If it was available in shops I'd be more likely to try again, however they're not special enough to justify shipping.”
“The dispatch took ages - the chocolates were a gift and were time sensitive. I understood that delivery would take 1-2 days, but I was not prepared for how long it took to get the order in the post.”

“The chocolate is delicious.
I did have a subscription for two bars a month, unfortunately it isn't possible to tailor this though. To vegan, non alcoholic, etc .
I received a gin and tonic bar two months on the trot.
Due to this I have now cancelled the subscription.”
“Chocolate is lovely and have ordered it a number of times. They use Royal Mail for delivery and this time the box was delivered with the seal broken - it had clearly been opened - and with elastic bands around it. Not best pleased.”

“Enjoying the chocolate, but the spacing of deliveries has been terrible! Ordered a monthly subscription: nothing came for 3 weeks, then one box came, then maybe 3 weeks later I got two together! Customer support were not very helpful and I wasn't allowed to pause deliveries until 3 months in, which seemed a bit arbitrary.”

“I can't comment on the product, as bought for friends, but the process was a little clunky. It wasn't clear where and how to add a gift card and where we were supposed to write on it so my friends got gifts not knowing who they were from.”

Sadly, half (or more) of the chocolates contain nuts and I have a severe nut allergy. So frustrasting.”
“I bought two boxes of chocolates as birthday gifts for my cousins.
However, I was unable to give one of the boxes as it contains allergens that would not be suitable for her. I have similar allergies so I couldn't try it either.
My parents were impressed with the taste and texture but until the allergy information is available on the website I won't be purchasing from here again.”
