What a mess.. I ordered two simple thank you letterbox chocolates for two people. I had to do it in two separate orders because I needed it to go to two separate addresses but there was no way, at least that I could find , to do it in a single order. Anyway no big, I entered the recipient addresses and a personal thank you message but .. one of them ended up at my house, the billing address… and without the thank you note! The other one made it to the correct address and also without the note, and I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t ask, by then the recipient had no idea why they got chocolate in the mail and disposed of it as it looked suspicious without a note. I did not get a refund or a sorry. They just said I entered my own address (I didn’t ) and oh.. the thank you notes aren’t working at the moment! So why is there an option to write one ??? Anyway .. that was my experience, I didn’t try the chocolate. I’m sure it’s great.

I’ve ordered three times. The time it took to dispatch and for orders to arrive was unreasonable long. The first time I contacted you and you put it down to being overly busy. The second time I ordered well ahead of time. It took ages to come but I was happy with the product so I ordered the third order (well ahead of time again). This took ages to come too and when it arrived it was incomplete. I contacted you by email and you took days to reply asking if I’d like a refund or the missing part of the order. I explained I wanted the missing part but because now 3 weeks had passed since I ordered I needed the missing item posted out fast so I could receive it by the end of the week. I hear nothing back and we are now well into the following week and there is still no sign of the missing order and I still have not had so much as a reply from you. The date of me gifting this present has now passed. I now read on trust pilot you have a serious problem with dispatching on time and responding to emails. If you want a successful company you need more than a product in nice packaging. The execution of your business practices leaves a lot to be desired. I doubt I’ll ever risk ordering again.

I placed an order and paid for 24 hour tracked delivery. The order was only sent 5 days after this and I eventually received it a week later. I submitted an on line quiery to track my order and received no reply. There is no contact telephone number on your website, however, I managed to find a contact number with a bit of online searching. I rang this number on several occasions and left voice mail messages. None of these were returned. I will not be buying from your company again. I would not recommed you to anyone else.

The Vegan Luxury Chocolate Giftbox was fine. But I'd chosen Love Cocoa specifically because they advertised next-day delivery if ordered by 3pm with an exress delivery surcharge. Delivery was two days late, which not only meant it missed the occasion being celebrated but also required the recipient to stay home waiting on a day she had planned to be out. I appreciate that Love Cocoa refunded the delivery charge but because of the negative experience I unsubscribed and asked to be taken off the mailing list. But emails are continuing - including this request for a review.

Delivered 6 days late and didn’t contain any of the advertised items. Tried to resolve via customer service but they take ages to reply and no appropriate resolution offered. Product is nice but wouldn’t use again.

The chocolate does not taste great. The quality and taste are not worth the money. Won't order again as there are better options available.

I wasn't a fan of one box of chocolates so I decided to return the other I purchased online but have not had a response to my emails with the information I need to return it. I am really frustrated now

would not use this company again. they do not respond to emails and the ordering process is not straightforward particularly if you are sending chocolates to more than one person.

I ordered a box of chocolates over a week ago to be delivered to my friend. She has still not received them. I appreciate that the problem may well lie with Royal mail , however that does not resolve an issue of poor Customer service somewhere along the line. Getting am e mail entitled " We'd love to hear what you thought " is quite frankly just rubing salt in the wounds. I was rather hoping to get an e mail saying you had actually made an attempt to address the problem as requested in my earlier e mail

I sent the order and paid, all that I received was a welcome note to Love Cocoa. I was worried that my order was not taken until I got the note about its dispatch.
