I emailed customer service and noone got back to me so now I have to resend the gift which arrived already”

“I bought a 3 month subscription for my wife. In the first month one box of chocolates and one chocolate bar were delivered. They were unusual and tasty. The second month's parcel was delivered to the wrong address and DPD stated they couldn't do anything as LoveCocoa was the customer, not me. After emailing LoveCocoa, I was told another parcel would be sent out but it wasn't. I can't recommend paying £86 for one chocolate box and bar.
You may be luckier however!”

I also only received one of the two cards I purchased.”

“Had to cancel subscription because Love Cocoa's website is poor and i was unable to choose which bars to receive, which was the main selling point.
I also found the bars quite small, and mostly just had any extra ingredients sprinkled on top, rather than integrated into the bar, so the flavour was not really incorporated into the chocolate very well.”
