The shirt I selected from your website and purchased online bears no resemblence in clour with the shirt delivered. It should be easy for you to verify that and respond!

I ordered an XL top online. Received an email it was out of stock a few days later. So I ordered a different top online but again told that top was out of stock. Didn't receive a response to my email asking what was in stock. Only reason giving a 2 is that I received a jumper on time which I'm happy with

I ordered a number of items online during a sale. After 3 days I was told the order has been delayed due to the volume of sales, after a further 3 days, I was told that one item was not available and the central ordering system was showing an error when i ordered first. Not impressed with the service.

I ordered two items. 5 days later i received notice that one of them was not in stock and the order (for that item) could not be fulfilled. Massively disappointing as it left me with no time to seek alternative item in the prices. The solver lining is the superb service I received from Chris Elsom when I escalated my issue - hes a credit to you

It's too difficult to shop online with your store. The 'refine selection' tabs don't work properly this makes shopping on the site very frustrating and best avoided.

Clothing is always of an excellent standard but please reconsider your decision to use Parcel Motel for returns. The service they provide is an unmitigated and incoherent disaster.

Was expecting a better experience in shipping and packaging of the item I bought instead of what I got. Also was expecting some follow up from the store to see if I actually received the goods until few weeks after I got this email to write a review...so here is. Poor. M

It took well over a week to deliver to London and the item arrived with security tags attached. I can't fault the quality of the item or the presentation/packaging but I don't think anyone would like to wear a sweater with security tags on.

The item I ordered online was not in stock, despite the website saying it was. As I was paying in £ sterling, I was charged a foreign exchange fee by my card company - which was ok when I thought I was getting something - but not when I ended up with nothing ...... except a further foreign transaction fee for processing the refund!!

Received completely the wrong item. Customer services were very slow to respond and could not supply the correct item. Took 3 weeks to get a refund. Complete waste of my time.

Hey I taught the staff were excellent in store and on the phone they called back when they said they would and were very helpful but my issue was with the online shopping I ordered jeans and a top and online they were listed as avail but neither of them were actually avail and in the end I had to get two differant makes to the ones I had originally purchased it was very annoying its should be 100% available if it says so online Keith Reid

My overall satisfaction is divided into 2 distinct parts: 1) Louis Copeland's service has been great - response time to emails very good can't fault them! 2) But I won't order from them again as Royal Mail's their courier! Still waiting for the product - Royal Mail ignored the delivery instructions 3 times so had to collect from post office, waited in line 40 mins then got parking ticket!! As everyone knows Royal Mail in Sutton are useless!! So that's my last order from Louis Copeland which is a shame???? The above point

I Purchased a special gift for a dear family friend online for which i elected to collect at youre capel st store although chris from the online store was very helpful.But when i came to collect the item i was ignored for over 10 mins in the store although i appreciate the staff member was busy with another customer i would have liked even a polite hello rather than waiting to be acknowledged or maybe elect another staff member to help i felt rather embarassed left standing there so this rather soured my experience of shopping at louis copelands again SORRY!

I ordered a Louis Copeland, white, double cuff shirt in a size 16 collar, what I got was a size 16.5, the docket said it was a 16 but the collar on the shirt said 16.5. Ordinarily I would send it back however this shirt is for my wedding next Saturday and there just isn't time to send it back and get a new one sent out! I'll just have to hope it fits on the day!

Ordered online twice and both times the stock items that were showing as available were not there which is very frustrating. They need to link their stock system to their online store better!

1 Item ordered was not in stock even though no mention on the website 2 Wrong shirt delivered 3 Won't be using it again as i think it better to go to shop itself because I think i will be return ing the complete order due to not really looking like what I saw on the site. 4 Delivery time is good 5 Packaging is nice

Order No 3367. The pair of Gant trousers you supplied arrived the day I was going on holiday and were put in the suitcase without checking, on arrival at our destination it became apparent that the Navy Blue trousers ordered were Black. In all fairness the label on the trousers stated Navy Blue, but I can assure you they are Black. So, I still need a pair of Navy Blue trousers but unfortunately due to being on holiday I had to wear the Black trousers you/Gant supplied.
