Advertise items they don't have, extremely slow shipping method used even though it cost me 10% of the order total.

I thought I was buying a slim fit shirt with a cutaway collar, judging by the pictures and description. The collar is not a cutaway, but more importantly, it is not remotely slim fit. Hugely disappointed.

Disjointed service. I ordered the jacket on 17/4/17 (4pm on a bank hol). I assumed it would be dispatched the next day. I received an email on 20/4/17 notifying me of the order being dispatched. I never received an email to notify me when my order was ready to be collected up from the store. I had to email you on 25/4/17 querying my order. I received a reply and phone call the following day notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. In short i had to chase to have my order fufilled which goes against the principal of online shopping. I wont be using your service again.

Dreadful. Didn't arrive as promised on the website. Couldn't have it for a very important event. I'd rather visit the shop next time although it's not always convenientas I work overseas

I ordered shoes for collection at Wicklow St. On arrival I found they were the wrong shoes and the shoes I ordered were not in stock and therefore I was unable to make the purchase. I have used the online service numerous times before but on this occasion I was very disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs of armani jeans from louis copeland via their website as I live in the UK. However within a few months of having worn 1 pair of the jeans a handful of times the stiching has come loose. I have 3 other pairs of armani jeans and have worn the make for many years never with any problems. So naturally I emailed them to discuss the problem and they have totally ignored all my emails!! You don't expect to pay around £100 for a pair of jeans for them to last only a few months before they start falling apart.

I would be delighted to write a review but unfortunately I have not yet received my order it was apparently dispatched on the 30 th of December but I have not been contacted by a carrier company as yet could you please advise Many Thanks Angela Twomey

I received an email confirming that the item I had ordered was available for collection in store. I called to the store over the weekend and the item was not available and the staff were not very customer service focussed. My credit card has been charged & I have called to the store twice and I still don't have the item I ordered. Previous experiences with shopping in the store have been good this wasy first online purchase with your store and it has been very poor. Regards
