“I ordered 2 shirts but one was out of stock. The team member (sorry I can’t remember her name) did everything to make amends. Second shirt to big but I’ll change it in the store myself. Always excellent service.”

“I am embarrassed. My daughter brought her fiancee to get a Louis Copeland suit as an Irish treat before her Irish wedding. Arriving by appointment they were left 25 minutes before anyone dealt with them and it was not the person the appointment was with. Then they were treated to incompetent knowledgeless service and offered a business card and told they should come back in a few weeks. Shocking considering the reputation. They won't be back and reputation sullied soon evaporates as word gets out that it is not deserved.”
