“I was ask to change my review that I put up at Christmas l got brown loe Copland size large polo shirt there was a hole under the arm no contact me at all because it Christmas did not send back my wife brought me a navy on just this. Week form loe Copland on line it’s good but the fact that I had to pay for one more is not good enough I don’t have money to burn not one person ring me to fix this I bought one more but I done now with this bad that no ring James mc manus”

“Very good company. Ordered two pairs of jeans online with additional request that the new trousers be shortened. The two pairs arrived and were just what I ordered. A small quibble, they were too long. I had to get them taken up myself. Overall, a very good experience.”

“We have ordered online and bought in-store from Louis Copeland in the past & never had any problems. We recently corresponded with Louis' team to resolve a minor issue and the attention that was paid to us was of a superb standard. We also visited the Galway store after Christmas with two small boys and the attention that was given to them whilst my husband was shopping was fantastic- even offering them some treats while we waited! The service we received was as expected and they have tailored my husband's items without a second thought. Louis Copeland offers a fantastic service and we always return to purchase his superior quality products!”
