“Although my online purchase experience was excellent my size 42 shirt arrived and fits perfectly, on 2 separate occasions dealing with 2 separate senior sales assistants my experience in your Pembroke store was awful and was so bad, on the second occasion, that I just had to walk out. I asked for a round-neck jumper in a 42 as there was only a 44 on the rack. From the stockroom I was given a zip neck version, but also in a 44. When I once again advised that I was a 42, I was told it was tight fitting. The assistant was oblivious there was already a 44 of the version I asked for on the rack, but more importantly, I needed a 42 and not to be sold a 44 because my correct size was not in stock. “Labelling was not correct on shirt. XL is not equal to 17. Aside from that €200 for a basic Copeland own brand shirt is excessive! I’m sure people buy them but…! Otherwise that the clothes are great and I have shopped with Copelands for years.”

“Incredibly impressed by the service here. Items were delivered within 48 hours with a personalised and partially handwritten note inside. Lovely touch and these things really matter. Will 100% check the LC website first for stuff I want from now on as I’d much rather spend my money here.”

“This is a family firm with whom I have dealt for forty years. I have always loved the banter with Louis senior in Capel Street or Paul or with Adrian in Pembroke Street. Along with great service and true brand value, Louis Copeland is a great place to shop. I bought my first online order last month, a lovely blue eternal shirt, and I have my eye on a brown leather weekend case. I wish Louis Copeland and sons every success. They deserve it!”
