“I was a first time buyer from Louis Copeland as I incidentally came across this web site. I ordered a pair of Magnanni shoes to be delivered to the UK & am very pleased to say the service was excellent. The shoes arrived in time & in pristine condition. “Unbelievable service , asked on chat before I ordered some shirts would they arrive before a certain deadline I had and they replied extremely quickly . Ordered on a Saturday and shirts are being delivered the following Tuesday !, by hand ! Really exceptional , blown away :)”

“I found it impossible to purchase a voucher on line - then I phoned your shop and was informed that your don't issue vouchers!. However the chap that answered the phone was helpful and he went on line and tried as I did to purchase a voucher on line and after some difficulty he eventually got it for me. Its the Card company you use is unfriendly. they wanted me to sign up with them and I was very suspicious . I would be reluctant to order a voucher again, I would go elsewhere.”
