“I ordered two items. 5 days later i received notice that one of them was not in stock and the order (for that item) could not be fulfilled. Massively disappointing as it left me with no time to seek alternative item in the prices. The solver lining is the superb service I received from Chris Elsom when I escalated my issue - hes a credit to you”
