“Louis Copeland staff were just excellent to me on the phone when I rang re voucher, I had terrible trouble trying to buy it myself, they talked me through it. They were so kind and never lost patience, they could have !!!”

“Excellent customer service. For me the basics are important. Things like responding to emails and in my experience they have always been excellent at providing responses. The packaging for the clothing makes it feel that bit more special than a lot of other clothing shops. I would highly recommend Louis Copeland.”

“Ordered a Barbour jacket it was delivered the following morning, you cannot do much better than that. Only slight problem was the courier delivered to the completely wrong address but fortunately I knew the house.”
