“Great customer service as usual. Needed to exchange items as had ordered the wrong size. One phone call and got speaking to Louis (Jnr) and had the correct size delivered to my door the following morning. Keep up the great work guys!”

“I have been buying suits in Louis Copeland Capel Street, for many years. I am now purchasing more on line. I find the on line shop detailed and easy to use. Ordering is simple, delivery is very quick and efficient, and very professional. While returning free of charge is no problem. Hopefully, I’ll be back to Capel Street, but I will continue to use the on line store into the future. Well done to all.”

“Paddy and Louis looked after me for my wedding in October. To say they made my experience frist class would be an understatement. Paddy's attention to detail and guidance around styles and fits was expectional. Between groomsmen fathers and everything in-between Paddy and Louis made everyone's experience perfect and always topped it off with subtle touches of class. Found a tailor for life in Paddy Cheers gents Ryan Hickey”

“Purchased a Jacket in the sale from the UK - service has been great from start to finish tbh No VAT on the transaction, but I needed to pay import tax and UK VAT to be able to receive the goods. Barring the New Year holidays, took around 3 working days to receive the order - perfect.”
