“I found a fantastic pair of Italian shoes/sneakers on their site and received incredible Customer Service from Emma in This was my first order with Louis Copeland and Sans the experience was nothing short of fantastic! Customer Service is very important to me and Emma’s in Customer Service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and was super friendly. Then Manage Aaron alerted me of a possible mistake I was making which would have caused me to order the wrong size of shoes and have to return them all the way to Ireland. He quickly and efficiently corrected that to say me from a huge mistake. I can’t say enough great things about Aaron. And his was so nice and caring that I was well taken care of. Then Louie in Customer service helped out and he was also as. Lights Aaron and Emma. They 3 treated me like I was a family member. I will buy eveything I can from them not just because they have wonderful products but mostly because they take care of you like you are family. This is by far my now #1 favorite company to order from. I can’t say enough great things about Aaron, Emma and Louie. Feel confident that every you order from them will be handled with VIP treatment! It’s no wonder why sites like trust pilot give them such high marks. Order from them you’ll be so glad you did!!!”

“Bought my wedding gear in the shop in Galway in October of last year, worked with Gary (I think). What a guy, what an eye for fitting. I'm 6'2 and slim, everything he selected/suggested fit perfectly. Spent more than I had planned (but still got a deal) and was completrely kitted out in an hour. Shoes, belt, socks, everything!”
