“Absolutely brilliant. Not overpriced and had the part I needed in stock and was sent and delivered so quickly. Found lords sewing through Google and now I’m aware of them it’ll be the first point of call for my embroidery machine. Highly recommended 😃 ps. Ordered over weekend and was still fast delivery”

“After searching online I found the Brother Scan 'n Cut low tack may was the cheapest I could find. First time in ordering from this company I found the online ordering process so easy and was surprise to see that they kept me informed from ordering to delivery. Great customer service.”

“Amazing staff. I had no idea what to order, so sent an email with pictures of the machine. One of your employees kindly sent me links for the parts for an old embroidery machine very quickly (same day). I ordered them and they were despatched the same day I had made the enquiry and I received them the next day. Brilliant service, thank you.”
