“Having missed out on a Black Friday deal from a national retailer, I googled the item and found it available at the same price from Long Eaton Appliances. After ordering, the company rang to arrange a delivery date. They were very happy to postpone until I was home after Christmas. When I rang to rearrange, they were great and found a suitable date. The driver rang to let me know what time they would be there so I could be home. Very quick and efficient delivery and an all round good experience. I'd definitely recommend them and buy from them again.”

“Absolutely spot on, great prices, ordered in and held in stock for us while we finished the kitchen, called a few days before we needed and dropped off within a 2 hour slot, prewarned the day before. How suppliers should be !”

“Love this company. Ask questions they will answer. Service is first class. They held my appliances for me until I was ready and delivered when I asked them too. First class all the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“I ordered 4 different appliances in 3 different orders. They were so good at answering all my question well and there was a lot. Each delivery was smooth without any problems. Whenever I called the staff were always super helpful. Thank you to such amazing professional staff. Love my appliances and the fact I saved £1400 compared to the price quoted by my kitchen fitter.”

“Our fridge and freezer were delivered to LEA damaged and so there was a delay delivering to us. The delivery men were very helpful and set the fridge and freezer down near where it was to be installed. Found some internal damage on the fridge which LEA dealt with immediately. (A Hotpoint engineer replaced the part within a couple of days). And the fridge and freezer were both competitively priced.”

“I looked at several options of where to purchase our new Rangemaster 110 gas range cooker and The Long Eaton Appliance Company were far and away the best result for us. I phoned them, (and actually got to talk to a salesman within seconds) I explained what we wanted and was given a verbal quote straight away followed by an email a couple of minutes later. I rang back the next day to order the cooker and was given an estimated delivery date with a revised quote which was even less than the very competitive quote I already had. The cooker was ordered there and then over the phone. I rang after a couple of weeks to get an update on delivery and was told about three weeks, I asked if there was any chance of improving on that time and the salesman promised to ring the manufacturer to check. He rang me back within minutes to say that the delivery was possible for the following week. The delivery was made within the time slot by two very efficient and pleasant gentlemen who put the cooker in the kitchen, exactly where I wanted it, and told me to contact the company if there were any problems at all. The cooker is now installed and working very well, I cannot rate this company too highly. I will certainly do business with them again.”

“We recently came into the shop to purchase a range cooker we had decided on. The salesman gave us lots of helpful information about it and had a very relaxed approach which made the purchase very easy. We had already decided on the colour which was the same as our last one, but he gave us the option of a different colour, we are so glad we took his advice as it fits in perfectly. He made a follow-up call too to advise us on the delivery date from the manufacturer. Very pleased and would highly recommend.”
