“We ordered all our kitchen appliances from Long Eaton. They gave us good prices and despite lockdown they managed to supply everything. They delivered them on time to fit in with the kitchen completion and we would definitely use them again.”

“W e were well looked after by knowledgeable staff. The Siemens dishwasher which we bought was delivered swiftly, and has proved to be every bit as good as the Bosch which we originally intended to buy.”

“Haven’t received the dishwasher yet ........they said 6 to 8 weeks three weeks ago Watch this space Star rating is not applicable but have to leave one so I ticked 5 as the man on the phone sounded dishy”

“Absolutely brilliant. Found out the our Vendors were taking the fridge 2 days before moving into our new house. Phoned Long Eaton Appliance Company and explained and they got the fridge to us just after we arrived. Got it installed ready. Brilliant service and so nice to talk to a person rather than online. Big thank you to them.”

“Ordered range cooker with 8 week lead time, when it didn't turn up had to phone and chase after a few days was told it was going to be another 10/12 weeks. Sourced elsewhere with next day delivery.”

We are very sorry for this , Unfortunately due to covid we have had many delays with orders from manufacturers and range cookers have been particularly badly hit . However our records do show you were informed of this and advised of the further delay.

“This fridge freezer is still in ‼️my garage‼️ the 2 men who delivered it said that it could not go through our front door when I said they could bring it in through the back lane and through the patio doors they brought they duly drove down the lane but then said that they ‼️don’t do steps‼️so it’s still sitting in ‼️my garage‼️ I now have to organise more delivery men to lift up this fridge freezer to get it into my house 😱 if you would like to contact me to compensate or send delivery man to get this item into my house I would be very grateful my telephone number is (07729) 001548”

Were sorry to hear this ,i wasn't told by the drivers about this at the time . I have spoken to them and due to government guidelines in certain postcode at the time of your delivery the 2 man delivery team they were not aloud in your home due to covid pandemic. If you need us to come back and collect this item please give us a call and we will do a full refund you .
