“I bought a cooker hood from Long Eaton and was a bit hesitant as the company is 150 miles away but I needn’t have worried. Long Eaton were easy to deal with and kept me on nformed re delivery etc. The price was very competitive and I would have bought it locally (John Lewis) but there was no stock available locally. I would recommend this company if asked.”

“Purchased 7 Siemens built-in kitchen appliances. I knew that there was a 4 - 12 week delay due to productions issues so ordered early and paid a deposit. Balance of invoice paid on day prior to delivery. Excellent service, unbeatable prices and flexible delivery. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you LEAC !”

“Extremely efficient and prompt service in response to my first email enquiry, questions answered by phone, quote given and dishwasher delivery organised. Great communications throughout, culminating in sensitive and thoughtful delivery from the personnel involved. Dishwasher is great too!”

“We chose Long Eaton Appliances as the reviews were very good, the price of the cooker we chose was competitive. Although it took a little longer than expected from the day of order to the day of delivery our cooker arrived as planned and the old cooker removed at the same time. I would use this company again.”

“I needed to replace a tired dishwasher. My choice of a Bosch model was not available anywhere so I fell for a model rated as almost as good by Which? I ordered from another supplier and it was defective and useless. in fairness the supplier, Boots Kitchen appliances, took it back without the slightes hesitence from the very start. I then went to Long Eaton who recommended a Neff. I quizzed them on this and they seemed confident that I would like this one. I did and I do. they were not at all 'pushy', just confident so I will be looking at long Eaton when I need another appliance.”

“You can tell the quality of a company more by what they do when things go wrong. Bought a Bloomberg dishwasher from this company, & it switched off, the sensor detected a leak inside the machine, engineer came and did his best to repair it, it leaked again, engineer came again & identified the issue this time as a rubber seal, (I believe this is due to the manufacturing or assembly when new) There seemed to me a lack of a sense of urgency by the repairing company not linked Long Eaton I should add. I emailed the customer service manager at Long Eaton asking for the machine to be taken back as I did not feel the machine was fit for purpose, the same day I received a confirmation that they would come and collect the machine and return my money in full. Obviously they suggested an exchange but I asked for a refund which was immediately agreed to. I personally want to deal with companies that can not only supply a product at a fair price BUT can also be trusted to be there when there is an issue. My take is that Long Eaton were the real victim here Beko couldn't manage the assembly of their machine, & the servicing company showed a lack of a sense of urgency on keeping me in the loop on the repair. Long Eaton was let down by the parties in the chain yet stood up to be counted and in my opinion went above & beyond. On that basis I've ordered my replacement dishwasher from them and will look to them first for all my appliances. On the basis of my experience thus far I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were able to order a new integrated fridge freezer which was available for immediate delivery, however we were not ready to receive it due to our new kitchen being fitted and not yet finished. They were very accommodating by offering to deliver it when we needed it. The guys who delivered it were very friendly too. Over all a very positive personalised service experience. We were impressed enough to go back there again and purchase a new washing machine which was at a great price equivalent to the cheapest online price anywhere else. Will definitely buy from them again.”
