“We needed to replace our faulty Neff combination oven. We looked around locally unsuccessfully, and came across Long Eaton Appliances on our i-pad. From the initial contact with their representative Michael by phone on a saturday, everything went smoothly. We paid a deposit by card, they rang to confirm delivery after the weekend (which was free), and confirmed the delivery time the day before, the new oven actually arrived 10 minutes early !. We paid the balance over the phone to the store as they brought the new oven into the house. The delivery men wore protective over shoes and were very carefull not to leave any trace of their visit. We are very pleased with our dealings with this Company and have recommended them to our frienda and family . We will definately use them again if/when the need arises for other appliances.”

“Very helpful when I ordered the mower on the Saturday. I had very courteous phone call on the following Monday to say it was ready to be dispatched. Arrived in the specified time slot on Tuesday. I was given some tuition by the helpful delivery driver. First class service.”

“Got the induction hob and hood at a good price. Staff very helpful at showroom and on the phone. Installers did a good job were pleasant and punctual so i am well satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“The back of the fridge has arrived with a crease in the metal work. The driver had to crawl over other customers deliveries to get to mine which I thought showed a lack of planning and probably explains why mine is damaged. Hoping the fridge still works when we switch it on else will have to return.”

Hi Mr Horan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience but I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have looked in to this and I have asked our customer service manager to contact you to make this right, but we have not heard back as of yet. I have spoken to our delivery company we work with for our southern deliveries and I will apologise on their behalf, they explained that due to bad weather the appliance was pushed back further in the van hence why there was an issue. Should you have any more issues or if the appliance has any faults, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service department we will endeavour to get it sorted immediately. We apologise once again for your experience and thank you for your feedback.

“I would like to thank and commend you on your outstanding service from enquiry to delivery. I encountered poor service from every appliance supplier, large and small, as i required an induction hob of a specific make and size, Despite being advertised by others as available, in stock etc, this model was apparently discontinued. However due to the patience of all your staff the model was just allocated a different serial number and available for immediate delivery. Although being away for several months you held this item for me and deleivery was arranged as soon as i returned. Truly a first class service which other suppliers just could not be bothered doing. A heart felt thanks to all your staff from reception to delivery.”

“Got my delivery today driver brought it into my hall and undid box to check glass wasn’t broken and everything ok. What a nice guy and thank you very much. Normally when you have delivery’s from companies driver just dumps it and then off. Would buy from this company again. Also when ordering Micheal who took my order was very helpful and polite.”

“I needed a new washing machine and found your shop very welcoming and helpful. David came, removed the old machine and installed the new appliance. It was a bit fiddly but David managed it with a nice, patient manner. I now look forward to using the new machine and will certainly use Long Eaton Appliances for any other items I might need.
