“L&C Mortgages provided invaluable help to me in a time of genuine need. The service I received was offered via MoneySupermarket, and was completely free. I stumbled upon it after my initial lender inexplicably failed to offer me the sum I required after weeks of discussions and even after offering an 'intention to lend'. I then needed a new mortgage in a hurry, and I had little time available after already wasting hours on the original lender, with a full-time job and having a 6-month-old to care for. L&C Mortgages found the very best mortgage available to me within my criteria, and assured me of a likely positive outcome. They then dealt with the application and minimised my time inputs and any possible disruption. I was more than happy with the service - I feel greatly indebted to them for their help.”

“I wanted to leave some feedback regarding a recent flat purchase. London is a fast moving housing market which can be demanding and often information is required quickly to not miss out on a property. My advisor was professional and always prompt to respond to queries, never being jaded by my barrage of questions. I had 3 purchases fall through for one reason or another yet my advisor was optimistic and vigilant throughout the year long period, always ready to answer my queries or provide information as things changed with the market and my situation. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else in the future.”

“I completed over a month ago and am usually too busy to write a review (as I would need to spend all my time on this since I have strong opinions on the appalling service given by almost all companies nowadays). I am "old school" aged 53 and remember when almost all companies gave good customer service - now you do not even receive the aforementioned without the adjective). However, I had to find time to write about L & C (even whilst I am on holiday in a sunnier clime) as their service is so good it is not forgotten about easily. They offer old fashioned efficient and professional service as well as being able to provide the best mortgage deals available (I am a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant so I was able to check the facts and figures). L & C will take away the stress and save your time but spare a thought for them having to do what we do not have time to do which is hanging on the line to repugnant companies that care nothing for a client having to wait forever to get through). I was even able to speak to someone in respect if a problem on Xmas Eve - although my own adviser was off it was none of this "sorry no one else can help" ; the adviser I had not dealt with before was still able to get resolution. Thank you so much PD and NP - for your patience and professionalism.”
