“I have always dealt with James Bellis and I can't rate him highly enough! I have used 3 times now to remortgage and can't see any reason why I wouldn't use him again. Have also referred whoever asks me for mortgage recommendations, I always pass on James' details.”

“I was dealing with Adam in mortgages most of the time. He was very polite and formal in his communications. Answered questions quickly and made the process easy. I was given plenty of options and after telling him my requirements he came back with good offers and I picked the one most suitable for me. He accepted when I wasn't interested in something and moved on to other matters.”

“I am a first time buyer and was very disenchanted with my own bank who gave me a run around for weeks - getting documents, chasing the right forms, getting the right people to deal with my case and after all that, they said NO! Then my friend said to call L&C and from the moment I spoke with Shahan Miah everything was super easy and relaxed. It just took 2 calls and documents sent via email and I was done. From start to finish 19 days and I had my Mortgage Offer! And it arrived on my birthday, what a present! Shahan was brilliant and very professional, every call returned with 30 min and every questioned answered how ever big or small. He was such a star. I would recommend everyone to get their mortgage through L&C it's hustle and stress free!!!”

“You were efficient, clear and well informed about what products would meet my needs. You weren't pushy or vague. My only issue was that 2 of my advisers left the company and in my opinion it would have been more professional to have had them inform me of this and tell me who my new adviser would be, so I was prepared.”

“London & Country Mortgages were great at helping me re mortgage my property recently. Having used brokers before and not had the best experience I was a little uncertain, however, they were superb. I was talked through the options and when these changed I was advised of the best options. It was a very smooth process and my contact could not have been more helpful. I will be using and recommending them again.”
