“This is the 3rd time I have used London & Country and I could not fault their service, they look at the whole market and come up with options which they discuss in detail with you.”

“I have been using London & Country ever since they were recommended to me in 2004. I have never been disappointed. Their advice is always spot-on and they deliver what they promise - the best deal for you. I would make two points: 1. If your adviser recommends a small building society, don't be put off. I had never heard of the tiny building society (the Earl Shilton) who were offering us the best deal in 2004, but went with them and stayed with them through two further mortgage deals. The Earl Shilton is small but fast-moving with trusted local solicitors to them, who were also brilliant (and cheaper than all of our local ones). 2. If a London & Country adviser is not available on the day you call, don't accept their offer to put you through to one of their partner organisations. My experience is that those organisations are nowhere near as good. They do not have the same standards when it comes to doing everything they can for the customer. Stick with the London & Country advisers and you will not go wrong.”

“I heard about London and Country From Martins Money website and was very pleased I did as Stephen Harrison was Excellent and very prompt and I got my re mortgage done so quickly and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, my daughter has since contacted them for mortgage advise thank you once again for a very good service”

“I am always keen to find the best deals in order to keep my costs down, including my mortgage payments. London & Country have helped me to find the best deal for my needs, and supported me through the application process. They have knowledge of the requirements of different lenders and are able to make a judgement with regards to whether you will meet the criteria without going through a lengthy application, saving time and also avoiding being 'declined' a mortgage offer (which doesn't look good on your credit rating!). I have found them to be very helpful, efficient, down-to-earth and friendly in each interaction with them. I like that you have a dedicated team of people working on your case and have direct contact details for them, rather than going through those awful 'Press one for this, press two for that' call centres. I would definitely recommend London & Country to anyone looking for a mortgage deal, and plan to call them again in 5 years time when my current fixed rate expires.”

“My mortgage advisor Daniel Lawrence was excellent. Communication. Couldn't have been better. Always professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Angela carlin was very good. As she didn't deal with the hard work I didn't speak with her as much. But her communication was excellent. I've very grateful of the service I received.”
