“I had a difficult circumstance when trying to apply for a mortgage in that part of my income isn't guaranteed and that I already lived in the house and wanted to keep the other tenants on as lodgers when I bought the place from the landlord. My adviser and case manager were extremely supportive throughout the whole process and when we discovered my original plan was not possible they helped me explore other options so that I was still able to buy the house and get a good mortgage rate.”

“We have used L&C for years now and we have always been very satisfied with its services - always helpful and efficient, our expert Kye has a good knowledge of the market and he always give us good advice. He always make it very clear for us and we are never disappointed. They tend to keep us informed on a daily basis throughout the process - it always make it feel quite easy. We have just switched from one lender to another one, and Kye has been our key contact for this and he has done a great job, as usual. We always value his opinion and his knowledge. Thank you”

“I was struggling to get a mortgage with my bank (Halifax) due to my outgoings (loans and credit cards), I was a member of Experian and have no adverse credit with a good payment history, i decided to contact London & Country to see what they can offee me. I must say i found them totally professional, and they kept me totally updated throughout the whole process, I think in a matter of less than a fortnight i had the offer. I would totally recommend these guys and girls, for their total dedication.”

“Sam at London and County could not have been more helpful - my situation was not completely straight forward but he helped sort it out and for me to get the best deal. He was instrumental liaising with the mortgage provider, making things a lot easier than if I had tried to do all the research and go direct.”

“Sam Gimbert at L&C has been my Mortgage adviser. He has helped me to secure my Buy-to-Let mortgages. He has been very helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate (almost on all occasions he has returned my call, when I send him an email requesting him to call me). He is very quick/swift in getting the Mortgage offer, instructing the valuation and getting the final offer. (which is very important for buy-to-let in London area). I have already recommend him to several of my friends. I have have dealt with several mortgage advising companies in the past, but L&C is the best that I have ever come across. Once again many thanks to Sam Gimbert (my Mortgage adviser) and Sam Book (My case manager, who has been very helpful to secure my BTL Mortgages.”

The friendly, professional service we received from our Stephen and Richard our case managers was exceptional. “L & C provided an excellent service in finding us a new mortgage deal. After taking a full financial history, it was only days before our advisor found us an excellent mortgage that was considerably cheaper than we were currently paying. We were kept informed of what was happening and everything went through smoothly. I would recommend their service.”
