“The process was seamless from start to finish. We called to arrange a visit for a quote, which happened within a week, we booked the works and were given multiple options for availability. The two men who completed the work were punctual, professional, polite, tidy and they did a fantastic job. We are so very pleased with the results. Thank you!”

“Great company to deal with. Communications are prompt and clear. Everyone is very helpful and easy to work with. All questions answered, no pressure to take up the offer. The loft boarding is exactly what we wanted, done to a fantastic standard and the installers worked really well. Very happy with loft storage company.”

“Really excellent work and very helpful in all aspects of our project. It has made a huge difference to the amount of clutter in the flat. The workmen were prompt and professional. We lost only one day owing to miscommunication but their work was so efficient that the project was still completed in a short time.”

“I am glad I found Loft Storage Room Company. From the first phone call to the last visit by workmen to complete the work, it was a very pleasant and smooth experience. The work done is of very high quality. The staff and tradesmen are professional and polite. I was amazed at the care they took when taking all the timber and boards upstairs. There was not a scratch on the freshly painted walls. Thoroughly recommended!”

“LSRC have just completed flooring the entire attic of my new build property for storage purposes. I can’t fault them on any aspect of their involvement -,from initial consultation, through pricing to completion. Sales and admin staff were readily contactable and prompt to respond to any queries throughout. Installation team members were punctual and accommodating, polite, extremely hardworking, and ready to give courteous explanations where necessary. They were totally focussed on their task but respectful that this was our home - careful to protect all carpets with dust sheets and clearing up meticulously after each day’s work - inside and outside the house. They readily offered to remove the large quantities of insulation material, surplus to building requirements, that had been left in the attic space - with no additional charge. A gesture greatly appreciated. Despite staff sickness on day 2 meaning a late start and that we couldn’t keep our original team (Glen and Tom), they sent sufficient manpower to ensure the job was completed well within the agreed 2 days and to a very high standard. I have been extremely pleased with the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.”

“We looked at other companies but only Loft Storage Room Company were able to complete the necessary works according to building regulations, at a competitive price and with professional service. The build team were polite, hardworking, tidy and arrived on time each day. They completed the works according to the original quote and promised schedule. As a company they focus on one thing and do it very well, and efficiently. Highly recommend.”

“The Installation team arrived on time each day and carried out the work required in an efficient manner, ensuring that at the end of the day everything was left tidy and clean.
